The event kicked off with a day of pre-conference workshops on Sunday, September 25. The full day Puzzles & Process workshop was one of a small number of workshops selected for the event. Normally offered as a custom training option to corporations and organizations, this is a rare opportunity for people to attend a publically offered workshop.
